My name is Erica Sloss, and caring for children has been my life's calling. I've been working with children and families since 2000, and in 2014, I founded Precious Cargo, a trusted service dedicated to providing quality, dependable care.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Tennessee State University, and my career has always centered around creating safe, nurturing, and enriching environments for children.

Through Precious Cargo, I proudly offer a variety of services, including babysitting, overnight care, and travel nanny services, giving families peace of mind wherever they may be. My greatest joy comes from supporting children's growth and building lasting connections with families.
